All documents served by Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions with a court file in British Columbia (Supreme Court, Provincial Small Claims Court, or Provincial Court) are handled by our process servers who specialize in serving court papers. Once service is complete and we have a Certificate of Service or Notarized Affidavit, we offer to submit it directly to the court when possible.
We also send you a copy with the court registry stamp to confirm it's attached to your file.
If your documents are not court files, the fees are still the same as below.
