The client acknowledges that if we are not able to successfully serve the documents within the minimum of 3 attempts unless otherwise agreed, we will provide an Affidavit of Attempted Service as proof to the Court of service attempts. There will be no refund as we are still providing our services.
The client acknowledges responsibility for providing valid and lawful documents for service. We reserve the right to refuse service requests that violate applicable laws, court rules, or professional standards.

Terms of Service

Payment for services is due according to the selected billing arrangement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Rush, same-day, weekend, rural, or after-hours services may incur additional fees.
3. Multiple service attempts may be required depending on the circumstances of the assignment.
4. Affidavits, proofs of service, or status reports will be issued after completion of service attempts in accordance with local legal
requirements.
5. The client is responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are complete, legible, and ready for lawful service.
6. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information, inaccessible locations, court closures, weather conditions, recipient evasion, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Any cancellation after service attempts have begun will be subject to full service charges. No refunds will be provided.
8. By submitting this request, you consent to communication by phone, email, or text message regarding your service request.
9. All information submitted through this website will be handled confidentially and used solely for purposes related to the requested service, subject to applicable privacy laws.
